Sasha Loutensock MA, LPC, CMHC
Hi, I’m Sasha Loutensock, CMHC, LPC , a Clinical Mental Health Counselor serving clients in Georgia and Utah. I believe no one is meant to navigate life’s challenges alone. Therapy is not only for times of crisis, it is also a space for growth, healing, clarity, and reconnection with who you truly are.
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relational issues, and trauma. I view each client as a whole and unique person with an innate capacity for healing and change.
My approach is warm, client-centered, and grounded in compassion, openness, understanding, and no judgment. When there is understanding, there is no need for judgement. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, accepted, and safe enough to explore what may be holding you back. Together, we can identify strengths, build insight, and move toward the life you want.
As a parent, educator, and therapist who has lived in many places around the world, I bring broad life experience to my work. These experiences help me build meaningful therapeutic relationships and offer a connected, supportive space where clients can process discomfort and find a path forward.
I believe balance, joy, meaningful connection, and personal success are possible for you. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they create lives that feel more aligned, fulfilling, and authentic.
I offer virtual counseling for clients located in Georgia and Utah, as well as in-person sessions in the Roswell, Georgia area.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, scuba diving, reading, and music.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.

Financial Considerations and Insurance
I provide personalized, high-quality care tailored to each client’s unique needs. For this reason, I operate as a private pay practice and do not accept insurance. This allows for a more individualized and flexible approach to therapy, supports greater privacy, and avoids the need to share diagnostic information with insurance companies.
I’m happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies, and reimbursement is not guaranteed, though many clients receive partial reimbursement.
You may also be able to use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to help cover the cost of therapy.
